What personal information does AlphaDoc collect?

User registration on AlphaDoc does require that user's names, email and date of births and mobile number be entered. This information is stored encrypted in it's resting state. These personal details are essential as without these it would be difficult to have an online appointment booking system or provide access to test results.

How does AlphaDoc protect the security of your information?

All date entering AlphaDoc's servers are encrypted by using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology, which employs a 128-bit encryption system. This information may be accessed only by AlphaDoc employees who maintain password and job-required access rights. Additionally, AlphaDoc maintains all personal patient data within the AlphaDoc information system firewalls. We use various other technologies, such as Web Application Firewalls, SSL Tunnels, password salt/hashing, resting state data encryption and Two Factor Authentication to protect user information.

Cookies
